Required asynchronous medical consultation. A licensed provider reviews your medical intake before your order can be prescribed and shipped. This consultation covers most prescription products, including liquid injectables, capsules, and tablets. Controlled medications, such as testosterone, require a separate live video consultation (Sync Controlled Consult).

Async consultation is not available in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Washington, D.C., or West Virginia. Patients in these locations need a live (synchronous) video consultation.
